Chelsea McGuire
Chelsea graduated from Cavehill Christian Academy. Her educational plans include applying for the veterinary technician program offered at the International Business College. She lives on a farm with many animals including three dogs. Chelsea hopes to own a farm of her own someday with a nice country house and plenty of land. She loves to fish, hang out with friends, and spend as much time as possible at work. Around the hospital, she is known as the clown of the office.
Ginger Peters
gingerGinger has been working at Laughery Valley since 2006. She graduated from Batesville High School in 1991 and  Purdue University  in 1995.  Her goal in life is to raise her son to be the best person he can be. Ginger is known as the “green” person here at the hospital due to her passion to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. She initiated our recycling program and also maintains it.
Emily Taylor
Emily works at Laughery Valley Veterinary Hospital while also working on her bachelors degree in biology. She hopes to go on to veterinary school and become a food supply veterinarian. She is already performing artificial inseminations on cattle. She and her husband live on a farm with a variety of pets and livestock. While attending high school, Emily competed nationally as the number one junior handler of pomeranians.

College Students:

Megan Rumpke
Megan is currently attending Purdue University. After four years, she hopes to gain her bachelor’s degree and then move on to apply for the School of Veterinary Medicine in hopes of becoming a licensed veterinarian.
Abbey Lemon
Abbey has been with Laughery Valley since 2009. She currently attends IUPUI as a biology major. She plans to move on to Purdue University after four years of undergraduate study in hopes of gaining admittance to Purdue’s School of Veterinary Medicine. She owns a bassett hound named Hank.

Chris Bloom
Chris is a biology major at the University of Evansville and is preparing to apply to veterinary school. Chris hopes to one day open a mixed animal practice and is also considering working with wildlife rehabilitation.
